OLPENITO offers films on DVDs and for digital download for sale.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
Shipping is not included and will be charged in addition. Payment may be made by credit card (VISA or Master), bank transfer or debit. Sending cash is on your own risk.
§ 4 Copyright and references
The copyright of all material stays with OLPENITO. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless authorised by the holder of this website. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from. Offenders may be liable and may be prosecuted. You are obliged to inform OLPENITO about any illegal use of the licensed material you know of and to support OLPENITO in enforcing and protecting our copyright.
§ 5 Warranty
Faulty material sent will be replaced if you inform us within fourteen days. This deadline will be counted from the day you receive our delivery.
§ 6 Applicable law and place
You agree that German law applies to all legal issues deriving from the order and delivery. The court of jurisdiction is Berlin.
§ 7 Age Restriction
Buyers of the films must be of age according to German law, i.e. at least 18 years old.
§ 8 Final clause
If one clause of these terms and conditions is legally invalid, all the others stay in force.
