My friend Kate has been trying to download the movie "Never Hide in a House" from your system on my behalf (because she has high speed internet and I do not). She paid for it with PayPal but has not yet received the download link... she has (also I have) tried to email you but get an error "unspecified recipient".

I really want to see this movie that we've purchased. Please send either myself or her the link through email.

Hi,

the download button should appear directly after the purchase via paypal. Did it not appear?

However, I cannot see any purchase on March 27 with your name or any similar name. Can you send me the name you used when purchasing the movie and the transaction number? I will then reemburse you and you can try again to get the movie.

Please do not file a claim. Once a customer did that and I could not even give him his money back. Everything was blocked for some weeks.

I just located your purchase on Paypal. I answered your letter of complaint but haven't got a reply yet. Did you somehow manage to download the file or shall I refund you and you can have another try.
